We Are Not Alone

One of Ego/Satan’s great hoaxes is the myth of isolation, the notion that we are separated and alone. That has, despite all evidence, to the contrary never been for one moment true. The poet David wrote, “Even if I descend into Sheol (the Hebrew word for hell) you are there.” The Apostle Paul wrote in one of his New Testament letters, “Seeing as we are encompassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses let us run with patience (endurance) the race that is set before us.”

A phrase in my daily mantra goes, “I am patient, I am persistent, but above all I am kind.” And I am never alone nor are you my friend for our highest and best self is always with us and like it was with our brother we have at least ten thousand angels standing by in reserve should we need them.

All the Biblical references aside the evidence is clear – we are not in this alone. Just like they used to advertise the ole epic movies, “With a cast of thousands.” Ole Slough-foot (Satan/Ego) stalks us like a lion does it’s prey and knows the surest way to take us down is to make us feel apart from the herd, separate and alone and then to pounce.

We are not alone but have a host of powerful friends who always have our backs.
