The Dance
The above quote reminds me of the Garth Brooks song, The Dance. It is said that looking back on our lives we find that even what we thought to be missteps at the time we realize were all a part of the romance of the dance.
I have been fortunate to have had a wonderful dance partner these last thirty-three plus years. Hopefully we will get to have a few more turns around the dance floor before our dance concludes. My Linda told me yesterday that she wanted to go to heaven, just not right now. Since early February her mind comes and goes and sometimes it seems like that if she let go that she would just float away.

Our whole world on a string
Holding tight to smile awhile
We happily dance and sing.
