The Princess Awakes

In the fairy tales the sleeping princess is always awaked by true love’s kiss. The 2005 movie Just Like Heaven starring a younger Reese Witherspoon and Mark Ruffalo is a modern day version of that familiar fairy tale.

Ever girl wants to believe that she is that sleeping princess and every guy that power welding prince and that there is no sickness, spell, curse, or coma that can keep the princess forever under its spell. For some whose hearts have been broken by misplaced love, and whose has not been at least once, love has become a fractured fairy tale and faith a ship only fools continue to book passage upon. But some of us fortune ones in spite of failures have tried and tried again till we have found our princess or prince in the Nick of Time. Having done so it would take more than any nap to make us forget the power of love to awaken the slumbering soul and to make even the sad and love sick heart happy and whole again.
