What Comes Next?

What’s really coming next?

What have we yet in store?

It is just what we expect,

What we are looking for?

There is a school of thought that says, what we think and dwell upon most is what we draw into our lives. Like a magnet attracts steel a certain frequency always will tune in the channel that we focus on the most. The Psalmist wrote, “May the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable…” I submit to you that what we focused upon yesterday has created our today.

We would have noticed the little man turning levers earlier had we ourselves not drawn and kept the curtain closed. I have quoted it before, said it, wrote it, and will again and again, “We are the captains of our fate the authors of all we survey.”

It is high time we accepted responsibility for our present world and decided what it is we want our tomorrow to look like. A very smart man, Albert Einstein, is often quoted as having said that the definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over expecting a different result. It is time we thought and expressed a new thought, that we gave up “Me and mine, forget the rest” as our not so secret mantra and made the three musketeers motto our own, “One for all and all for one.” All lives matter and no one is truly free or happy unless we all are.

I am so looking forward to what comes next when a super majority show up with one thought on their mind and on their lips, the greater good of all, not just the privileged few.
