You Are The Sweetest Dream
You are now, have always been, and will always be your own and God’s sweetest dream come true. I just love making bold and beautiful statements like that and have every confidence that the Universe that inspires them will also back them up. When I think of the terrible loss of confidence and missed feeling of ever abiding love that the guilt religions and the modern hectic paced world has wrought I am not surprised that in the U.S. and world wide we are experiencing an opioid addiction problem, an alcohol addiction problem, a chronic depression problem, a suicide problem and a general mistrust in all our institutions problem. Problems, problems everywhere but the biggest of all problems stems not even from a mistrust of government or God per say but a mistrust of ourselves.
“Sweet Dreams” is an expression that most if not all of us have heard all of our lives without realizing that we alone had and have the sole power to make our own dreams come true. No one else just me, just you, has that power. And the way we make our dreams come true is by holding them in our thoughts and investing energy and emotion into them and by then letting them go so that the Universe can manifest them in our lives. We are an integral part of the Universe so it is all us really, our Higher Self, making our own dreams come true.
And I did not arrive at these opinions fast nor easily and, yes, I said opinions not beliefs, for I have found that people find beliefs hard to change even though beliefs that are no longer serving us should be changed if not completely let go. Opinions are easier to change and let go when new information dictates that we do so.
Could it be that some belief held on to too long is keeping your sweeter dreams from coming true? Every so often we should do an inventory of our dreams and our beliefs and see if one could be short circuiting or sabotaging the other. The word is “as we think we are” so maybe if things are not going the way we might like we need to give it another think. Our thinking, our dreaming, and our beliefs should compliment one another.
Somethings bear repeating and so I will:
You are now, have always been, and will always be your own and God’s sweetest dream come true.
Your friend and fellow traveler,
