Divide and Conquer 

It is a stratagem as old as time itself. All it takes is to convince one segment of the people that you wish to dominate that another segment of the population wants to take something away from them. It does not have to be true it just has to tap into their fear and distrust and the person or persons sowing the division get to frame themselves as the savior, the peacemaker, the hero.

No real issue? No problem just make one up. Mass voter fraud by immigrants is a good one. Sex change surgery taking place at school is another. That billionaires need tax cuts while feeding hungry children is a waste of our tax dollars. Oh, and then there is the proven distraction, that we cannot trust other nations to have nuclear weapons. The truth is that the United States is the only nation on earth to have ever used nuclear weapons. We certainly do not have the high ground on that issue.

No one is seriously trying to take your pitch forks away nor trying to turn your sons into daughters or vice versa. And as for the Democrats sex trafficking minors, I believe that was Donald Trump’s long time best friend, Jeffrey Epstein. Trump’s former (and perhaps current) personal lawyer, who is currently serving as the Attorney General of the United States and as such head of the Justice Department, is doing everything he can to prevent the Epstein Files from being released entirely. Why is that exactly? I think we know.
