An Encouraging Word

I am watching Ken Burns documentary called The Civil War and some say the terrible divide in our country could bring us to the brink again. I hope our better angels prevail as Lincoln pleaded before the armed rebellion began. Christian use to song of an ole time religion that makes me love everybody. Dolly Parton was one of those people who did her best to love everybody and that is why so many people from all backgrounds mourn her passing.

The encouraging world today is love. Generously applied it still can work wonders.
