Imagine That!
I am not alone in my belief that we create our tomorrow by the thoughts we dwell upon today. In the Genesis story of creation the Creator speaks into existence out of nothingness all there is. I like to tell people that I am especially fond of, “You hung the moon and did an especially fine job of it.” I believe the God named He/She/We surely did and still does.
One of the lines in my daily mantra says, “May the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in my sight, O Lord, my strength, my rock, and my redeemer.” My friend Mike Dooley, author of Notes From The Universe says, “Thoughts become things. choose the good ones.”
Sometimes there is a time delay or even a blockage with our creative process. Manifesting is not magic it is The Law Of Attraction. Often we do not get what we ask for because we ask amiss (failure to focus) or we ask without regard to how our creations might negatively impact others (failing to consider the greater good.)
Life is a beautiful dream or a terrible nightmare, heaven or hell, based upon our pure imagination. That is something to think about when we find ourselves blaming fate or others for the state in which we find ourselves. We might consider a line from the Beverly Hillbillies’s theme song, “Let’s move away from here and they loaded up the truck and they moved to Beverly, Hills that is, swimming pools, movie stars.” Imagine that!
