What Do You Have For Us Today?

It is a childlike question expecting a parent, grandparent, beloved aunt or uncle, or even older sibling to have a special treat or prize for us. Clowns and Santa’s know as well how important it is when entertaining children to always have something in your bag of tricks and treats to give them.

We are all children and live in expectation of a little prize or treat. Marketing people know this and so they are always offering us a free this or that to get us to buy their product or service. The seed thought of my ever expanding daily mantra came to me some years ago as a gift right out of the blue that I quickly accepted and made my own, words to live by:

“I am so glad and grateful that everything that I could ever want or need is already mine and coming to me at just the right time and in just the right way from my loving and infinite source.”

Thirty-nine words strung together in one sentence. That was and still is to me quite a treasure from the Universe. It is my intention, one I have been acting on for almost eight years, to leave my ever growing audience with an encouraging word for the day. Whether that comes in the form of a rhyme, a song, a children’s story or just a few well chosen words I hope it will be just the little gift, the little lift, you need to keep believing that every good and perfect gift comes down from above courtesy of our highest and best self who knows so very well what big kids we all are.
