Ready For A Change

I begin with a quote from a book that I am reading called Eve by Wm. Paul Young, author of The Shack:

“The right book, like the right song or the right love, can change the entire cosmos, for the right person, of course. And then it spills out from there.”

As I wrote yesterday, I believe that I am privy to a secret, the secret kept hidden for centuries in plain view. You may and are quite welcome to think that I am crazy or just mistaken. We all, I think, live our lives the best we can with the knowledge and beliefs that we have to live them by. And yet from time to time a new clue breaks through. The picture becomes clearer. Some song, something we see or read, something someone says flips a switch in us and the light goes on. We are enlightened, encouraged, and not just to be the best that we can be but to realize that we already are and that we can just relax and watch it all unfold.

We are like that beautiful rose in the song:

“And remember in the winter, far beneath the bitter snow. Lies the seed that with the sun’s love in the spring becomes the rose.”

The sun’s love is always sure, winter, summer, spring, and fall. And we are always the sun, the seasons, and the rose. We are the accepting love that need never change at all. We are the all in all for we are One with the Universe. Looking for a change? The only one needful or even possible is in our thinking. For as we think in our heart – we think we are.
