I Am Healthy, I Am Happy, I Am Whole

It is very important how we see ourselves. We place so much emphasis on how others see us, yet it is far more important that we see ourselves correctly and not try to live up to others expectations or down to them as the case maybe. And to this point, we should give ourselves and others a reputation to live up to always seeing them and ourselves in our highest and best light.

We are after all creatures of light containing within us the God spark. Even our bodies are fashioned not of clay but figuratively and literally from spent stars, star dust. We are children of light and our purpose is to shine. Let no one not even ourselves try to hide that light under a bushel nor under a denial of our true nature and purpose.

May we forever sing and beam like the Sunday School song says, “This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine…”
