Getting The Word Out

In looking through some stuff yesterday trying to find the manual to my portable generator I came across some bumper stickers that I ordered some time ago to advertise this blog. I never did find the manual, yet thanks to Google I was able to find a link so that I could download the PDF file. Now I will never have to look for it again.

Back to the bumper stickers, I had one on the back of my pick-up truck for several years. Since it had started to peal I took it off. I intend to put the two pictured above on my truck front and back bumpers today. I suppose I need one for the front bumper reversed like Ambulance is on emergency vehicles so you can read it in your rear view mirror, still someone can read in while the truck is parked and they are walking, biking, or driving by.

I have some extras if any fans of my blog would like to help me get the encouraging word out to as many people as possible. Just let me know in a comment that you would like one and where to send it and I will get it off to you right away, free of charge. I suppose I should have requested some nominal fee to cover postage or some such. They do say people value things that cost something, more than they do that which is offered free. Yet another of my mottos from the beginning of this blog (other than “Where Often Is Heard An Encouraging Word”) is “Freely you have received, freely give.” Also I would feel more of an obligation to pay for pictures, songs, and links that I share here if I were receiving any kind of remuneration (money) from my blog. I never have, and despite numerous offers to help me monetize my blog, that is just not something I want to do. I am rich enough, rich really means having enough. And I firmly believe and am so glad and grateful that everything that I could ever want or need is already mine and coming to me at just the right time and in just the right way from my loving and infinite source.

The same is true for you my friends. That is the encouraging word that I intend to share in every blog that all might come to know Who and Whose we truly are – children of the Universe, joint heirs, etc, etc. There are so many ways to say it that my aim is to spend ten thousand blogs trying to do just that.
