My Cup Runneth Over With Love

It is said that there are two types of people in the world those that see their cup half empty or half full, but I believe there are two other types of people more prevalent, they are the empty cup people and the overflowing cup folks. Of the four the overflowing cup folk are the most blessed or happy of people.

Barbra Streisand playing the famous comedian Fanny Brice in Funny Girl sang that “people who need people are the luckiest people in the world.” people who experience want are not lucky nor happy. The lucky, the blessed, the happy people are those whose cups are over flowing.

Instead of making mountains out of mole hills or forever seeing life as a tempest in a tea cup we should count our blessings and allow that still small voice inside each of us to lead us beside still waters and restore our souls till we can say with the Psalmist, I shall not want and my cup runneth over.
