Charlotte’s Web – Chapter 2

Today the little pig Wilbur grows under the care of Fern until her dad says he must be sold. He is sold to Fern’s uncle Homer Zuckerman whose farm is near by so Fern can still visit him regularly.

Fern has become very attached to Wilber and he to her. Wilbur’s story has many twists and turns ahead. Soon Wilbur will meet someone he will love and rely upon even more than he has Fern.
