Dream a while, Weary Pilgrim,

The road yawns long ahead

Often the finest preparation

Just dreaming on your bed.

Shake off the dust and cares

Of your long journey thus far

Reset your sights on delights

Like the night’s 1st bright star.

Somewhere that sun is rising

In the morning yours will too

Sweet dreams are comprising,

So much ahead awaiting you.

Rest a while, Weary Pilgrim,

Your destination lies ahead
