My Life Story

Not to worry, wordy as I am, I do not intend to share all my whole life story in today’s blog, just to share in the words of today’s song, “the best thing that ever happened to me.” Thirty-eight years ago I had just started dating a lovely girl whom I had met briefly in college fifteen years previously. I remembered her name – Linda Lee Stokes. 

Like most of you I have experienced my share of drama and trauma, joy and sadness, encouragement and discouragement. Of all the terrible and wonderful things that have transpired in my life story, Linda Lee, “You’re  the best thing that ever happened to me.”
