Serendipity
I am ever looking for an encouraging word to share and yet I think in the definition of today’s word I find that encouragement like beauty is discovered always in the eye of the beholder:

We all, I think, possess a certain aptitude for making desirable discoveries by accident. I, personally, believe that there is more to it than luck, that our higher best self, God if you like, is that loving and infinite source from whom all blessings (encouragements) flow.
The Psalmist wrote: “I will lift up my eyes unto the hills from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord.” That is quite a discovery that makes us want to yell: “Eureka or hallelujah, I have found it.” As today’s song says, “There’s a blazing light in every word. it doesn’t matter which you heard, the holy or the broken hallelujah.” I hope and am convinced that the New Testament A.S.K. Promise is true, that whatsoever we Ask, Seek, or Knock on the door of shall indeed be Answered Found, and the Opened for us.
We have only to trust our loving and infinite source, our higher and best self, to always have our best interest in mind. I have found it so that there have not only been beautiful flowers always scattered along my pathway but diamonds in the dust as well. It is a truism, that we always find what we are looking for. And that is the encouraging word for today. Hallelujah.
