Stars Shining Bright Above You…I Love You

One of the most amazing things about getting to spend time at our Little House on Wheels in the Hundred Acre Wood is the stars. There is so much “light pollution” at our other home in Houston that you can count the stars that are visible on a clear night. That is an impossibility here for the sky seems literally full of lights:

“Star light, star bright,

First star I see tonight,

I wish I may, I wish I might,

Have the wish I wish tonight.”

And that wish is to spend yet another night star gazing with the love of my life, my loving and lovely wife. My Linda Lee is happier here and I am reminded of an old truism: “Happy wife, happy life.” Her smile is like the sunshine, the brightest star at night, or the most beautiful smiling moon. She is the light of my life.

I am so glad and grateful that we get to get away from the big city of Houston to enjoy our other home in Bon Wier beneath the beautiful stars.
