Love Me

One of my favorite Colin Raye songs is Love Me. As many times as I have sung it along with Colin in my pickup, which has almost one hundred and eighty thousand miles on it, and I bought new ten years ago, I still get choked up several times throughout the song. The first time is when grandpa tells his grandson, “Grandma’s daddy didn’t like me none, but I loved your grandma so.”

I had to practice the song many times before I could sing it without choking up. It still is hard for me to do. I hope you enjoy my version of the song today. It is a great love story. I hope yours is as touching.
