How Do You See Yourself?

Most of us sadly define ourselves by the opinions and statements of others. Why do we trust their opinions or think their view point is more accurate than our own? Or have we ever really looked long and hard at ourselves and not just in the mirror, but looked deep within where even our parents and most intimate friends and lovers have never seen?

Two statements from my ever growing daily mantra answer today’s title question for me and with it also the two questions above:

“I am heathy, I am holy, I am whole. I am patient, I am persistent, but above all I am kind.”

“I go within, I mirror you, I admire you, I worship you, I adore you, I love you.”

How about you, how do you see yourself? We are more than the worst thing we ever did and yes, we are ten thousand times more than the very best thing we ever did, and we are worthy of admiration, worship, adoration, and love for we are co-creators with him/her/them who made us. Peer into that shimmering pool at the deepest depths of your soul and see if the face you see there staring back at you is not the face of the God of all the Universe who is all in all.

I’d recognize that knowing wink anywhere and so will you and never ever forget again just Who and Whose you truly are no matter what anyone else says.

No Matter What

Author’s Note: Did you get hung-up on the mid-spelling of everything in the picture quote above? It is not mis-spelled. See it, “every – I – thing.”
