The Secret to Successful Manifesting

The old saying goes, “Pray like everything depended upon God, but work like everything depended upon you. As I was driving from Houston to Bon Wier, Texas this morning, I was listening to some songs that I had not heard in quite a while. One by the Indigo Girls called Closer to Fine caught my attention, especially the chorus:

In particular I lift the words: “And the less I seek my source for some definite Closer I am to fine.”

My granddaughter, Emma Grace, utterly amazes me each time I get to see her how much she is growing and learning. She is fearless and each step she takes is a sturdier and more determined one. I have written at length and often about how important baby steps are in the manifestation process which my beloved brother Bob summarized in three two word phrases: “Name it, frame it, claim it.” What baby steps do is prove to the Universe, our loving and infinite source, what direction we are intending to go and what our goal, our destination, is. The Universe is more than willing and able to fold both time and space to bring about those ends.

It is getting light now at Jay’s Hundred Acre Wood. I have a few baby steps to take to show the Universe that I am serious about seeing this dream come true. Are you about realizing your sweetest and fondest dreams?
