Good Intentions

Little ego, the true Satan “Accuser of the brethren” and the one and only enemy of our souls would have us believe a lie for he/she is the father/mother of all lies. The great lie is “The way to hell is paved with good intentions.” The opposite is true, it is the way to heaven, paradise, and complete fulfillment that is paved with good intentions.

The dictionary defines intention as:

“The end or object intended.” Satan or Ego’s master plan from his/her inception has been to thwart our higher self, the true creator, from realizing our goals, aspirations, and best intentions.

Almost forty-five years ago I was working as a shipping and receiving inspector at a large oil tool manufacturing company in Houston, Texas. One of my fellow inspectors, Sergio Casanova, was excited about the then recently released third and final movie in the Omen trilogy. He could not wait to see it. I told him, that I could tell him how it ends. He said, “No way.” I said if it is true to the book it can only end one way, for it is written: “Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that he (the annointed son of God) is Lord.”

After seeing the movie, Sergio said it had indeed ended with Satan bowing down and saying those very words. This fake and false god ego we created to give ourselves a choice. It is a false choice for there is only One and He, She, We are it. And all of our good intentions ever serve to bring us to a deeper and more abiding understanding of Who and Whose we are and where we are from and ever headed – Heaven and Home.
