Reframe
The encouraging word for today is reframe. The dictionary defines reframe as:

One of the best ways to handle the drama and trauma in our lives is to reframe the picture. Instead of seeing ourselves as victims or damaged individuals we need to step outside of the picture and reframe it, see it from a new or different perspective. We all know people who have allowed, tragedy, sickness, or loss shipwreck their lives and leave them floundering on a rocky shore continually pounded by waves breaking on their backs. People who feel like that Greek fellow trying to roll that huge boulder up the hill only to have it crush them again and again as it rolls back on them.
How do we stop the madness, still the crashing waves, or let go of that impossible task or burden that is weighing us down and crushing the life out of us? Reframe that picture, transform that nightmare, and rediscover the life you once dreamed you would experience, a life worth waking up for each day.
You are not a victim nor are you damaged beyond repair unless you choose to see yourself as such. You are the captain of your fate the master of all you survey. Reframe the painting and see yourself in the center of it, holy and whole, the hero, the victor, the survivor.
