The Wonderful Wizard of Oz – Chapter 17 & 18

Today I conclude the reading of this wonderful book. I hope you have enjoyed it as much as I have and that it will make seeing the 1939 movie an even fuller and more satisfying experience the next time you watch it.

I plan to secure copies of all the books that I recorded for my David Reads Children’s Books project for my new granddaughter Emma Grace.

Rest assured she will also have her own copy of the movie to watch over and over till she has it memorized just like her grandpa.

The Scarecrow, The Tin Man, and the Lion are all better off for Dorothy’s adventure to Oz as are we all.
