The Wonderful Wizard of Oz – Chapter 11

Today’s chapter is called The Rescue and in it Dorothy frees the Lion from the cage the bad witch had imprisoned him in and with the help of the freed and grateful Winkies the Tin Woodman is found and repaired, also the clothes of the Scarecrow are located and stuffed with new clean straw. With her friends restored to her Dorothy enjoys several days in the Yellow Castle before she and her companions head off to the Emerald City again to claim their promised rewards from the Wizard of Oz.

You can be sure that there are adventures yet ahead.
